Product Questions
The images we display on our website have the most accurate color possible. However, due to monitor or screen settings or lighting in your room, there may be variations in color or pattern between the actual product and the photos on our site.
- Traditional: Our traditional rugs are timeless in style. They are inspired by the patterns and colors across Eastern Europe, North Africa and Middle East. The design typically includes oriental elements, florals, borders, and intricate motifs.
- Vintage Inspired: Vintage inspired rugs add a touch of elegance, aged and nostalgic feel to our traditional patterns.
- Contemporary: Our contemporary rugs have modern, abstract and geometric designs.
- Geometric: Geometric area rugs have elegant geometric patterns. They are a good choice for spaces where you don't want a add an overly elaborate or complicated design.
- Eclectic: These rugs are inspired by the ancient Egyptian or ancient Anatolian / Turkish patterns. They feature vibrant colors and bold patterns.
- Plush: Our plush rugs are higher pile and softer rugs with 5mm thickness.
- Lightweight: They are lower pile and lightweight rugs with 4mm thickness.
We do not offer an extended warranty. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may send your unused items back to us in the same manner they were received within 30 days. For orders received within 30 days, we offer free returns for store credit or we charge a $25 processing fee per item returned.
Our 6 x 9 rugs are 5.9 x 9.2.
Our 5 x 7 rugs are 5.25 x 7.55.
Our 4 x 6 rugs are 3.93 x 5.90.
These sizes exclude fringes / tassels.
We unfortunately do not provide samples of rugs.
Our rugs can be used on any type of flooring.

Orders
If you would like to make changes to an existing order, please send us an email at info@cozytochic.com within 1-2 hours after placing the order.
Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. If possible we will send you the tracking number to monitor your order. If you have any questions related to the tracking of your order, please contact us at info@cozytochic.com.
Absolutely. After you place the order, please send us an email at info@cozytochic.com within 1-2 hours after placing the order to notify us your expected shipping date.
We want to make sure that you will be 100% satisfied with your new rug. For orders received within 30 days, we offer free returns for store credit or we charge a $25 processing fee per item returned.
Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE Shipping on all rugs with no minimum purchase required (excluding AK, HI, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands).
We do not ship outside U.S. yet but hopefully in the future!
It usually take 1-2 business days to ship our rugs, based upon the item's availability. Delivery estimate is dependent on the size of the rug ordered and the shipping location. Most rugs deliver within 1 week.
If the shipping address was incorrectly entered during checkout, we will not be responsible for any reimbursement.
Please check on all shipping information before submitting your order. If you notice an error right after placing your order (1-2 hours after), please reach out info@cozytochic.com as soon as possible. Even through we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been submitted, we will do our best to accommodate if you can notify us in a timely manner.
We offer free returns for store credit or we charge a $25 processing fee per item returned. Store credit or refund (minus the $25 processing fee) is processed within 10 business days after the package is delivered at our warehouse.
